BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TWIRLING/MAJORETTE CAREER:
Started in the Imperial Tewkesbury 5 Star Majorettes as Lead girl! competing in SWBTA and Carnivals. Mum took over the team in 1996 and we became MYSTIQUE. This is when we began competiting in NBTA. Once I stopped competiting I took the NBTA Teacher/Judges course and from then on we grew stronger and stronger. I am now also the Technical Director/Head judge for the NAME associaton (Majorettes England) and am qualified to judge at Majorette European competitions.
FAVORITE TWIRLER/MAJORETTE: The late Bob Foelingher - he was absolutely fantastic
PROUDEST ACHIEVMENT: My team gaining silver in World Championships for Banniers, Matts European title, Junior Dance team Representing England at Worlds 2003 and this year being selected for Senior Dance team......but basically I am proud of all the awards that my team achieves.
FAVORITE MEMORY: The first time we were selected to represent England in Banniers for the Belgium Europeans in 1998 with Kilkenny....tears galore!!!!
MOST EMBARRASING MEMORY: Whilst I was still competiting I was being called out for 2nd place at nationals for dance solo...only I had to burst through the doors as I had taken Mum and a few other parents into town and we missed most of the presentation. Didn't even get to walk down the red carpet!!!
DREAMS AND AMBITIONS: To have a team take the floor (with batons!!) and have no drops.....not even 1!!!! so come on team you better train hard to help me out with this one :)

Started Twiling from the age of 8 for Tewkesbury 5 star
majorettes....yes i was a majorette but look where its got me now lol all i was good for was to hold the mace in the
corner of the areana and that was like too much hard work!!! MYSTIQUE took over in the yr 1996 and i joined NBTA in 1997! I have competed at 3 world championships and Croatia will be my 7th european championships. I have won many podium places in solo events at Europeans and even a Worlds 3rd place!! I am a qualified NBTA teacher/judge who also judges at the N.A.M.E association for the Majorettes and I have my judges certificate to allow me to judge at Majorette European Championships. Im also the trainer for a team in Bristol called Bristol Harlequins.
LENGTH OF TIME WITH MYSTIQUE: 11 years
FAVORITE TWIRLING/MAJORETTE EVENTS: European Dance solos, Twirling corps and European pom teams
PROUDEST ACHIEVMENT: Winning 2baton European Title in Edingburgh 2004 and 3rd place in Holland World championships 2006.
FAVORITE MEMORY: Hearing my name being called out as european champion and when they played the national anthem for England!!!!! ''LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY'' ....will never forget that!!!Also another great memory is when i was selected to be the england team captain for world championships 2006 and last but not least i will never forget when they annouced MYSTIQUE as england sen dance
team representatives! the whole hall errupted!!
MOST EMBARRASING MEMORY: When i was dared to blow a rasberry on the window in the england teams hotel in Germany and then the receptionist came upto me with a duster and said'' you boo-booed you clean mess.......the whole window'' lol lol
DREAMS AND AMBITIONS: my twirling ambitions was to win a european title and a top 3 world place in a solo event which has already been achieved and will never be forgotton. I guess my abition would be to have a successfull europeans in 2007 with dance team, banniers and my solo events, make the crowd cry with my dance solo this year (they told me to do so on the development day)... I will do it ''MY WAY''and 1 day i would like to be England Team Coach!!!
BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TWIRLING/MAJORETTE CAREER: Started twirling when i was just age 4 for Tewkesbury Imperial 5 star Majorettes (which changed and shortened the name over the years), then Mystique took over competeing at SWBTA competitions and join NBTA in yr 1997. I have competed at 2 world championships and Croatia 2007 will be my 4th European championships. I have won many national titles and have achieved podium places in team events at europeans and world championships. Still competing at Sen Advance/Championship sections and train a team in Bristol called Bristol
Harlequins.
BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TWIRLING/MAJORETTE CAREER:
Started with Worleybirds when I was very young with SWMA. Joined NBTA with them in 1994. I then went independent and Stacey Williams trained me , I got selected for England in Juvenile solo and 2baton in my first selections in 1996. Since then, been selected for England nine times. This years my 10th wohooo!!! Also twirled with Kilkenny and now am twirling with mystique and have been for 2 or 3 years, but before that I was in the composite teams with Kilkenny and Mystique.
LENGTH OF TIME WITH MYSTIQUE: 2 years but did composite when in kilkenny
FAVORITE TWIRLING/MAJORETTE EVENTS: To watch- Selection Pompom teams and To do- Solo 1 Baton, Dance Solo and Dance Team
FAVORITE TWIRLER/MAJORETTE: : I love watching Bobby Jo Solomon from USA because she makes everything look easy. Also Marin Verhaar because she always performs well and I love her style.
PROUDEST ACHIEVMENT: 3rd in both 2baton and Duet (with Chloe Whiskin) at 1999 Europeans. Also getting through to sen champ twirl off in my first yr of senior champ was amazing!!
FAVORITE MEMORY: It was great to be selected for Senior Dance Team this year. Also being selected for solo 2baton and duet for worlds 2006 and then actually being called out to compete in solo, when there were five of us competing for three spaces.
MOST EMBARRASING MEMORY: My mum being dared to walk with a coin in her bum and drop it in a glass at worlds 2006…. And she actually did it…and got it in the glass!!!
DREAMS AND AMBITIONS: To get senior dance team on the podium at Europeans this year!!

To get through to senior championship solo final again and retain my fancy and Pom strut titles ( even though Marin and Maaike say they are stupid events) hahahaaa

BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TWIRLING/MAJORETTE CAREER:
I am a member of both Mysique Twirlers and CST New Image and have been a member of CST for as long as I can remember. I did my first carnival in Stow-on-the-Wold at the age of 19 months! I compete with three Associations: SWBTA, NAME and NBTA. I competed in my first World Majorette Championships at the age of 8 and won Silver in Junior Exhibition Parade Corp Team. I have won a few National titles with NAME and at my first NBTA Nationals in 2006 with Mystique I won the accolade of Most Promising Beg/Nov Dance Solist! I have also won a place in the England Team to do Super X Strut and hopefully Junior Dance Team in Croatia this year.

i was in my first routine with Bristol Harlequins when i was 3 but officially joined when i was 5. im still with them now and have been with mystique for the last two years.

MOST EMBARRASING MEMORY: oh no i have loads!!! too many!! umm falling over in spin elimination, standing in the rain crying with steph because she was going to leave me and the Harlequins but never did and getting told off for laughing at stephs illusions all the time at training

I have been twirling for 12 and a half years with Bristol Harlequins in SW competitions. Before i joined Bristol Harlequins i was with seven stars who was origanilly with bristol harlequins but broke up and made their own troup.
PROUDEST ACHIEVMENT: Its not much but i came 6th in pom pon strut at my first NBTA competition. And i came national champion at a NAME competition
FAVORITE MEMORY: well my fave memory in Mystique is wen i first started i was really shy didnt know anyone and i didnt have a clue what i was going to do but still it was a gd day lol. And fave memory in Harlequins was in Holland and a few of da grown ups got really drunk and went on the seesaw out side my room about 2'oclock on the morning.
MOST EMBARRASING MEMORY: ahhh when i fell over at nationals on da last day sarah angie and lorelei and her mum dad n litle brother was their haha!

BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TWIRLING/MAJORETTE CAREER:
Started with Clevedon Town Majorettes when i was about 5 yrs old. was there for a few years. Then joined a team in Portishead called Kilkenny. spent most of my twirling career in this team. I then joined the best team of all Mystique in 2004/2005. I became a qualified NBTA teacher/Judge in 2003. At the moment i train one team based in Westbury/Trowbridge called Metallica, also a team in Taunton called New Direction, as well as occasionally bex and colin in Mystique. I also judge at NAME competitions. I have been in the England team for several years, about 6/7 years (not really sure!) mostly for team events, although there were the few odd occassions when i did individual events!!
LENGTH OF TIME WITH MYSTIQUE: I think 3 years ish.
FAVORITE TWIRLER/MAJORETTE: Bobby-Jo Solomon (USA) and Hollie Neilson (Canada)
PROUDEST ACHIEVMENT: representing England in senior dance team this year!! but there are many other achievements like being national champion in duet for 4 years (with Faye Summerhayes) and being selected for 2baton a very very very long time ago!!
FAVORITE MEMORY: There are many of these!! Probably the first time i was at a european championships and walked on with the rest of the England team in the opening ceremony.
MOST EMBARRASING MEMORY: well there have been plenty of these!! one that sticks out at the moment is falling over whilst doing dance solo at an SW comp, but i still came4th wohoooo!!! Another one would be when i was very young doing dance team at nationals to singing in the rain and falling over...yet again!! oh and another when matt pushed me into a bush on the way to Marseille (i think it was Marseille!!) THANKS!!
DREAMS AND AMBITIONS: to do the best performance we've ever done at croatia in Dance team. I would also like to be national champion in one more event before i finish, but dont think that is possible!!!!!!!!
