Liquids in Hand Baggage
Limited quantities of liquids, gels or pastes must be held in individual containers not exceeding 100ml (approximately 3.5 fl. oz).

Toothpaste
Liquid or aerosol deodorants
Perfumes
Cosmetics such as mascara and lip gloss
Water and other drinks, soups and syrups
Other items of similar consistency
The containers must be carried in a separate clear plastic, zip-top or re-sealable bag that does not exceed 20cm x 20cm (8 inches x 8 inches) or equivalent to one litre (1.75 pint) capacity.
Items must fit in the bag comfortably and the bag must be completely closed.
At the airport security search, the plastic bag must be removed from the cabin bag and x-ray screened separately.
**HOTEL**

The Serhs Campus Hotel is approximately 25 minutes drive from the Sports Hall and around 30-45 minutes from Barcelona City (depending on traffic).
The ‘phones may initially be barred from making outside calls, but access can be opened up. However, telephone calls from hotel bedrooms are expensive, and you will be liable to pay for any calls you make. All room charges will be checked before anyone leaves on Monday morning, and accounts must be settled in full by the person responsible for the charges. Most of you have mobiles, but bear in mind that these are expensive to use abroad. Best to text where possible, or use a payphone if you need to ring back to England.
Please remember: there will be other guests staying at the hotel besides twirlers – so please show consideration for others with regard to: excessive noise, running in the corridors, slamming doors, holding up the lift etc. - especially first thing in the morning. Not everybody wants to get woken up as early as us!
The rooms do have hair dryers but no tea-making facilities, so don’t forget to take a continental plug if you have any electrical appliances you wish to use.
**ENGLAND TRAINING TIME**
10.30 - 11.30 Thursday 20th - Black Training Gear Please
Coaches will be leaving at 09:45. After we get back, the rest of the day will be free until we have our (early) evening meal, probably around 16:30.
**OPEN CEREMONY**
Open Ceremony will be on the Thursday Evening, time TBC, you will need your England Tracksuit, White crew neck T-Shirt and Black shoes (not trainers). Hair in a neat and plain bun (no accessories, no fringes!). No HEAVY make up and you will need your baton.
Coaches will leave the hotel at 17:45 for the Opening Ceremony, which is due to start at 19:00.
**SPECTATOR TICKETS**
Entrance tickets to the competition are 45euros (approx £34.00) for the three days competition, including the opening ceremony. Daily tickets are available at 16euros (£12) each. They will be on sale when we go to training.
**COMPETITION**
The competition will be held over Friday to Sunday. All presentations will be made on Sunday after the final performance.
Coaches on competition days will leave the hotel around 07:40.

Passports - please be sure to take your passport to the hall on the day/s you are competing, but do not lose them.
I expect all of the team members to support every England Team Member throughout all of the performance's. I understand that you may at times miss some performances whilst getting food but if you can make an extra effort and don't all go out at once.
**SWAPS**
For those of you who want, don't forget your swapsy things!! You know you love it LOL
**INSURANCE**
Please make sure that you get yourself travel insurance and that you also have an EHIC card.
**MEAL TIMES**
Breakfast is 07:00 – 10:00 each day. Evening meal is buffet style and will normally be at 20:30, except for Thursday when it will have to be early due to the opening ceremony (to be confirmed - but likely to be 16:30).

Times mentioned may be subject to change if we receive any information that makes this necessary, so please be sure you know the times for the following day before going to bed.
As with all large cities & towns, please be careful of your belongings and do not wander off on your own. Please do not go out of the sports centre alone, and always tell someone where you are going in case of any emergency.
